Working with Action Templates
The Content section provides a variety of tools to create content and use this content to build action templates.

Before you create an action template, we recommend understanding the various types of messages and actions. For more information about messages and actions, refer to Understanding Messages and Actions.
Basic procedure and concepts to create an attractive message are as follows:
1. Create Content
The first step towards building action is to create attractive and relevant content. Session AI facilitates various means to create and save images, texts, custom stylesheets, etc. After you create the content, it can be either used while creating an action template or directly while defining an action in the Experience template. Session AI offers a variety of tools to create content:

Deep Links | View, create, modify and delete deep links in the system. |
Messages Styles | Manage CSS stylesheets. |
UI Control Tags | Use predefined structured blocks to display UI elements on the action templates to collect user input. |
2. Create Custom Action Templates
After you create the required content, you can use those content to create the action templates that can be used to build actions during experience instantiation.

3. Build an Action
Both the out-of-the-box and custom action templates are available to the users when they configure and publish the experience. The users can select these action templates to build their action, which will be delivered to the customers.

- The Content Developer has permissions only to the Content Snippets and Images tabs within the Content menu.
