Working with Triggers

Session AI allows you to create triggers based on a user's activity - single activity or a pattern, user's location, or external trends like weather data.

These are based on the state of the app such as Start and Exit or they can be actions within the app. The system allows us to configure triggers based on the following criteria:
The system allows you to configure three types of triggers:

Individual User Activity: Create triggers for an event sent by specific user activity. This watches individual customers' activities.
Emerging Trends: Create triggers based on activity patterns and action responses over a while.
External Trends: Create triggers based on external events such as weather changes.
