In Insights, Business Users can view and generate reports for their experiences. It helps to understand, how Session AI experiences are impacting customer experiences. It allows you to create charts & dashboards using the data captured in the Session AI Cloud.

A Session AI platform is like a page or panel containing one or more charts and other display controls. Charts are created by fetching data from the platform using an ad-hoc query or a cube.
